Not much happening in the markets this week as we head into the end of the year. More action and activity should start up next week as investors and traders return from holidays to start a new trading year. It's important, if you haven't, to have set your trading goals and plan for 2010 and to learn from the mistakes you have made this year so that you can improve your trading this year. You should have gone back and looked at some of your most successful and worse trades, what worked, why did it work, how did you manage the trade?
